Missing / Damaged Items

We are so sorry to hear for the problems with delivery -

please read steps below to find your Eli's goodies. 

Eli's Western Wear LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. This is matter between buyer and USPS.  

If route shipping is opted out of / or not added to cart for app. no insurance will be placed on the package. do not opt out if you want coverage. 

If Package is lost, stolen, damged etc…

You assume responsibility if you opt out of route shipping.

(1) Contacting Your Local USPS with tracking.  

(2) if delivery is shown - ask neighbors

file a claim on route.com 15 days of saying delivered, or within 30 days of shipping. (it's customer reasonability to watch tracking)
