We are a small business located in Florida. We have three stores located in Arcadia, Dundee, and Okeechobee. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your order (unless Expedited shipping is purchased) as all of your items may be throughout all of our stores. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please call our Internet Department (863) 763-2984, for a status of your order if your order has not been shipped within this time frame. Sale items are, and will always be, Final Sale.
Everything on our website is in stock. If you do not see a specific size on a particular item available, that would indicate that size is sold out and unavailable. Everything on our website is available on our floor, which means we pull from a live inventory. There can be a slight chance a customer purchases your ordered item before we can pull it, and if this happens you will be notified and given a 100% refund. Pulling from a live inventory also indicates that your item ordered could have possibly been tried on. All of our items are brand new with tags, never washed nor worn, just possibly tried on. All of our items are inspected and shipped to our standards, we pride ourselves with quality product and service, but if you find an item unsatisfactory for any reason please feel free to email us pictures or call us and we can handle the situation immediately.
Boots are all shipped in boot boxes, but we do not keep each original box. We do not have the storage for each original boot box and some boot boxes are not of good quality for shipping. The boots you order may arrive in a different brand of box, if you are needing the particular brand of box please make that known in the comments/ notes of your order and we will try to make that happen.
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your order unless Expedited shipping is purchased, or Holiday processing times are noted on the page. Shipping is not refunded unless an incorrect item was shipped, or a mistake happened due to human error on our part. Buyer is responsible for shipping on returns unless otherwise noted. Please package your item as you received it. Returns with labels on the actual product box can be subject to a fee as now that box is no longer resalable.
Pick Up In-Store
We usually ship within our stores every Thursday, so we receive items from other stores Friday around noon. If you select the pick up in store option, your items will be available the following Friday from your order if your items are among other stores. Please call the store if you need your order immediately to verify your items location.
Oversized items such as saddles, saddle pads, coolers, straw and felt hats are excluded from free shipping.
Occasionally coupon codes are offered for a limited period of time. Coupon codes exclude saddles, saddle pads, tack, sunglasses, coolers, sale items, straw and felt hats unless otherwise noted.
