Shipping Policy

At Eli's Western Wear, we provide the most economical shipping services available for our friends and customers. We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. The available shipping methods will be displayed during your checkout process. The shipping time and cost will vary based on the method you select. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS, and all rates are provided directly by the providers.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Shipping
 time does not include processing time. Please be aware that USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground shipping are not expedited shipping options. They are NOT a guaranteed service as timeframes provided by the carriers are approximate dates only! 

Expedited Shipping

If you would like faster shipping for your order, we offer UPS 2nd-Day Air & UPS 3-Day shipping options. Please note that these methods will not deliver to PO Boxes. These shipping methods run from Monday – Friday only. Please allow 24-48 hours for all order processing. We are not able to offer expedited shipping for a weekend delivery.  For example, if an order is placed using Next Day shipping on a Thursday afternoon, it will ship out on Friday and arrive Monday.  
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. If items within an order are located at different stores this can also impact our ability to ship via expedited methods. If you have chosen expedited shipping and we are unable fulfill your request, you will be notified as soon as possible. Some items within the same order may ship in separate packages and therefore may show a different status and/or shipping method. From the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.

**Please Read - Eli's Western Wear does not assume responsibility of the package once it leaves our facility. This includes lost and damaged items, as well as stolen packages. You will need to purchase ROUTE insurance or file a claim yourself with the shipping carrier. **

 

Western Hats

Almost all of our western hats cost a flat rate of $25 to ship. This helps to cover some of the cost as the boxes to ship them in are large to keep them protected. Unfortunately, we have seen an uptick in damaged packages, particularly hats, so we strongly encourage you purchase the Route Package Protection, as we are NOT responsible for damage caused after packages leave our stores. If you choose to delete the Route Package Protection from your order and receive a damaged package, the claim is between you and the carrier (UPS or USPS).

 

Pickup In Store

The "pickup in store" option is a free option for orders that do NOT require shipping. Local customers or guests traveling through town can order online and select the "Pickup In Store" option, then indicate which store you would like to pick up from. Our three locations are Okeechobee, Arcadia, and Dundee. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be ready for pick up. This allows us time to retrieve all items in the order and ship them to the appropriate indicated location. 

Route Shipping Insurance

We are proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken/damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

International Shipping

Eliswesternwear.com is pleased to offer international shipping via our partner, Global Shopex. PLEASE USE THE INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT OPTION. Please note that due to the size and weight of boxes we cannot ship large/bulk items such as coolers & saddle pads. We do not ship hats internationally due to the fragility of them. Any orders with these items will be refunded and not processed.  

Oversized/Bulk/Heavy Orders

Orders containing large quantities and/or bulky or heavy items (coolers, saddle pads, etc.) require additional shipping charges.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an issue with the shipping address. When we receive an undeliverable package back to us, you will be issued a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to re-shipped. If you would still like to receive the item, a new order can be placed online.

  • UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes
  • Eli's Western Wear is NOT responsible for delays in shipping times due to the carrier.
  • Eli's Western Wear is NOT responsible for damaged or stolen packages.
