Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

We start processing your order as soon as you click “Place Your Order”. It MAY be possible to cancel your order during processing but ONLY if you speak with one of our online representatives, available Monday - Friday. If it is too late to cancel your order because it has already shipped, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Eli's is not responsible for shipping costs.

Return Policy

At Eli's, our guarantee is simple. We want every one of our customers to be completely satisfied.  We understand that sometimes there is a need to return an item.  Therefore  if you are unhappy with your purchase  simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, shipping not included. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please print and include the "Online Return Form" within your return to receive your refund. Once your package has been received at our Okeechobee location, we will issue the refund accordingly. We do not refund order shipping costs. Please package your item as you received it. Returns with labels on the actual product box can be subject to a fee as now that box is no longer resalable. SALE items DO NOT qualify for return, exchange or refund.

Return Shipping and Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an incorrect item was shipped.

Processing Time

If you return an item, it can take 4-6 business days, after we receive the returned merchandise, for us to process the return and issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, please return the original item and re-order your new item online. We cannot offer exchanges online or with the Online Return Form. We apologize that this is less than ideal, but we cannot always verify there is the size you are in need of unless purchased off of our website. 

Defective Items

If you believe the product you received could be defective, please contact our Customer Service department before returning the item. Once the item has been examined by our product experts, we will determine if we are able to make a replacement order or issue a refund. While we are unable to guarantee an outcome, we will do our best to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.

The following items are NOT returnable:

  • NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS! If you return those items NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
  • Merchandise that is  scuffed, worn, dirty, smelly, washed, etc...
  • Boots with scuffs on the bottom (only wear boots on carpet when trying them on.)
  • Any product without original tags attached.
  • Any special order items.
